  • St. Andrews Church Albert Road Caversham, RG4 7PL (map)

The CinC Ensemble

Ewan Millar, oboe - BBC Young Musician of the Year concerto finalist 2020
Benjamin Hudson, bassoon - BBC Young Musician of the Year concerto finalist - 1996
Adrienne Black, piano

A select group of Concerts in Caversham's performers join together for an evening of chamber music for woodwind and piano.

Adrienne joins forces with two of her previous students.  Having helped both of them towards their successes in the BBC competition, it is wonderful to see them re-united once again. They will perform trios for oboe, bassoon and piano, including those by Poulenc and Madeleine Dring.  Also, solos by Elgar, Henri Dutilleux, Lilli Boulanger, and Ken Cooper’s exuberant Jazz Suite.
